Our terms, up front

50% advance on signature.
100% cleared 3 working days before the event.
Numbers lock 7 days prior — increases charged, decreases not refunded below 90% of the locked count.
Weather and force majeure: a reschedule credit valid 6 months.
All prices exclude 5% VAT.
