How it works
From enquiry to highlight reel
Eight stages, each with a control on it. Nothing here is improvised on the day — which is the entire reason the catalog can be priced before you ask.
- 01
You browse, or you tell us three things
Every package is on the site with its real price. If you would rather not browse, send us the group size, the budget per person and the month — that is enough for us to shortlist.
- 02
A proposal, usually within the hour
A written proposal carrying your logo: the programme, the timeline to the minute, what is included, what is not, and the per-person price at your group size.
- 03
Agreement and 50% advance
We do not hold dates against a verbal yes, and we do not start work before the advance clears. It protects you as much as us — every supplier in the chain is paid on time.
- 04
We confirm every supplier in writing
Within 48 hours of signature. Each one has a named, priced backup on file, because a supplier failing on the day with your staff already on a coach is not recoverable.
- 05
Numbers lock 7 days out
Increases are accepted and charged. Decreases are not refunded below 90% of the locked count — by then the catering and transport are committed.
- 06
Balance clears 3 working days before
Non-negotiable, regardless of company size. Suppliers in this market are paid on or before the day, and we will not put your event on a payment gap.
- 07
We run it
A coordinator on the ground throughout, working to a written runbook: minute-by-minute timeline, dietary manifest, transport plan, emergency contacts and nearest hospital.
- 08
Your media, within 5 working days
An edited highlight reel and the stills. This is what HR actually needs afterwards — for the internal newsletter, the intranet and next year’s recruitment deck.
Safety and compliance
Boring, and non-negotiable
Every package carries a written risk assessment reviewed before each delivery. Adventure, water and desert programmes require participant waivers. Any event above 30 people has a first-aid-qualified coordinator on the ground.
-
Insured suppliers
Every supplier's public liability cover is checked in force before their event runs.
-
Licensed operators only
For marine activities we verify operator licensing and passenger capacity certification per vessel. We never take the stated capacity on trust.
-
Permits and venue NOCs
Checked per event. Venue NOCs are needed more often than event permits — we verify both before contracting.
-
A named backup per supplier
Every contracted supplier has a priced alternate on file, and every outdoor package an indoor or alternate-venue fallback.
Who you are actually booking with
- Written terms
- Inclusions and exclusions on every package
- Settled before signature, not at invoice
- Contingency
- Named fallback on every outdoor programme
- Weather trigger and notification deadline on record
Questions
The ones we are actually asked
How far ahead do we need to book?
It varies by package and is stated on every one — from 7 days for the simplest desert half-day up to 60 days for a large gala. Ramadan and December book out first.
What happens if the weather turns?
Every outdoor package carries a documented weather trigger, a named fallback and a deadline by which you will be told. Where an event cannot run, you get a reschedule credit valid six months — we do not refund to cash, because the suppliers have already been committed.
Can you customise a package?
Yes, within the published add-on list on each package — branding, gifting, extra media, entertainment upgrades, longer durations. What we do not do is take an open brief with no catalog analogue at short notice, because that is how delivery quality slips.
Are the prices per person or total?
Per person, excluding 5% VAT, at three volume bands. The per-person figure falls as the group grows because the fixed costs — coach, media crew, coordinator, venue buyout — spread across more people.
Do you handle flights, hotels or visas?
No. That is the parent travel business, not this one. We sell corporate recreation programmes inside the UAE, and keeping that boundary sharp is what lets us deliver them properly.
What is not included?
It is written on every package page, in full, before you enquire. Typically alcohol, gifting, accommodation and VAT. We would rather lose an enquiry over a stated exclusion than argue about it at invoice time.
