- How much does water & marine cost per person in the UAE?
- From AED 240 per person excluding 5% VAT at the largest volume band, up to AED 3,200 per person for the smallest groups on the most involved programme. Every package is priced at three volume bands — the per-person figure falls as the group grows, because coach, coordinator, media crew and venue buyout are fixed costs spread across more people. All 6 prices are published on the package pages, not quoted on request.
- What group size do these programmes take?
- Between 8 and 80 people depending on the programme. Each package states its own minimum and maximum, and its minimum chargeable persons — a smaller group is still sold to, it is simply billed at that minimum.
- What time of year can these run?
- Oct – May. Season is stated on every package, and the summer-safe and year-round programmes are fully air-conditioned rather than outdoor programmes with a caveat attached.
- Which emirates do you run water & marine programmes in?
- Dubai, Fujairah. Most programmes collect from the client's own office by coach and the transfer time is already inside the published timeline.
- How far in advance do we need to book?
- 10 days at the shortest for this category; longer for large groups and for anything with a venue buyout. The booking lead time is stated on every package page. Ramadan and December dates book out first.
