Why this is not the retail version
There is no retail version of a family day. The realistic alternative is the client's own admin team booking a park, hiring a bouncy castle and ordering catering — which happens every year across the UAE, and produces the same four problems every time.
The permit. A gathering of 250 people with inflatables and cooking on public land needs municipal permission and civil defence clearance. Most companies discover this two weeks out.
The medic. Two hundred and fifty people, half of them children, on inflatables. There is no version of this event where an on-site medical team is optional, and no internal team books one.
The food maths. Catering ordered by group size always runs out, because families bring more people than they registered and children eat at unpredictable times. Food trucks with 300 covers for 250 attendees is deliberate over-provision, and it is why nobody queues at 17:00.
The programme. Left unstructured, a family day is 250 people standing on grass. Two stage blocks, timed games and a raffle at a known hour is what gives the afternoon a shape — and the long-service awards in front of people's families is worth more to retention than the whole rest of the day.
This is the highest-revenue single package in the catalog and the one that most reliably becomes annual. Sell it in September for a November date.

- AED 380 per person for 100–199 people; AED 330 per person for 200–399 people; AED 290 per person for 400+ people. All figures exclude 5% VAT. Smaller groups are welcome and are billed at the band's minimum chargeable persons (177 for the 100–199 band, 207 for the 200–399 band).
- How long does Family Day take, and when does it start?
