Why this is not the retail version
Buy this yourself and it is AED 310 for a Ferrari World ticket and around AED 295 for Yas Waterworld — you can check both in ten seconds, and we are not pretending otherwise. This is a commodity-tier package and it is priced as one.
What the difference buys is the part that goes wrong when a company tries to run it in-house. A coach from your office, because the alternative is forty people driving 130 km to Abu Dhabi individually, arriving across a two-hour spread, and paying for parking twice. A two-park rate on one day that is not available at either gate. A reserved lunch between the two parks, which on a peak Yas day saves an hour of queueing at exactly the point in the schedule where an hour cannot be spared. Lockers and towels already allocated, so 40 people are not queueing at a kiosk in swimwear. Three managed roll calls, so leaving a park takes ten minutes rather than forty. And two coordinators for 13.5 hours, so nobody from your HR team spends the day chasing a roll call on WhatsApp.
Against H-03 Capital Thrills, which is one Yas park at AED 570: this is the two-park version with both meals and a later return. It is the right choice for a company doing this as their event of the year, not as a quarterly outing. Against H-02 Aquaventure Day in Dubai: the water park is the afternoon here, not the whole day, and the drive is real.
The honest limit: two parks in one day is a taste of each, not a full day of either. Ferrari World gets two and a half hours and Yas Waterworld gets two. Groups who want to exhaust one park should buy H-03 or H-02 instead, and we will say so in the meeting.

Timeline
Park operating hours at Yas Island change seasonally and during Ramadan. The timeline above is reconfirmed with both parks in the week of the event and reissued to you if any time moves.
- 08:15 Coach and two coordinators arrive at the pickup point. Welcome desk and branded backdrop set up
- 08:30 Registration opens. Name check, wristbands, seat allocation, dietary and non-swimmer flags confirmed against the manifest
- 08:45 Final boarding call. Coordinator walks the list and phones anyone unaccounted for
- 09:00 Departure — fixed. Everyone must be at the pickup point before 09:00. The coach leaves on the hour
- 09:15 Day briefing on board: route, park rules, meeting points, WhatsApp group, coordinator numbers, what to carry into the water park
- 09:20 Water, karak and snack service on board
- 10:30 Arrival at Yas Island. Coach sets down at the Ferrari World coach bay
