Every package in our catalog carries a price

UAE corporate event pricing usually hides behind a discovery call. We publish a priced, timed and specified catalog instead — and here is the reasoning behind it.

Ask most corporate events companies in this market what something costs and you will get a discovery call. The call establishes your budget, and the proposal arrives two or three days later, priced at approximately your budget.

We have built the catalog the other way round. Every package is published with its price, its group-size bands, its duration, its season and its full timeline — before you speak to anyone.

Why

Three reasons, in order of how much they matter.

You are not the person who needs convincing. The person organising a company offsite is usually an HR or admin manager who has been asked to sort something out, and who has to take a number to someone else. Turning up to that conversation with “I have three options, here is what each costs at our group size” is a fundamentally different meeting from “I am waiting on three proposals.”

Hidden pricing wastes the buyer’s time, not the seller’s. A discovery call costs us forty minutes. It costs you forty minutes plus a three-day wait, and at the end of it you may find out the thing you liked was never in budget. Publishing the number removes an entire round trip.

A published price is a commitment. Once a price is on a public page, it has to be a real one — costed against contracted supplier rates rather than assembled to fit whatever the client said they could spend. That discipline is the point. We do not price a package until the underlying supplier rate is signed, which is why the catalog grows more slowly than it could.

What “specified” means

A price on its own is not much use. Each package page carries:

  • The full timeline, hour by hour, from pickup to return.
  • Group-size bands, so you can see the price at your actual group size rather than a “from” figure you will never pay.
  • The season it runs in, stated honestly — including the packages that are unsellable between May and September.
  • What is included and what is not. The second list matters more.
  • The weather plan, where one is relevant: the trigger, the fallback and when you would be told.
  • Booking lead time, which is a constraint, not a suggestion.

What this does not mean

It does not mean the catalog is the whole offer. Plenty of briefs do not map onto a shelf item, and those get built. But they get built from the same rate card the catalog is priced from, so the number still holds up.

It also does not mean prices never move. Peak weeks cost more, and where that is true we say so on the package rather than discovering it during contracting.

The commitment underneath it

If you have shortlisted from the catalog, we will come back with a branded proposal within an hour of your meeting — not three days later. That is only possible because the pricing work happened before you arrived, rather than after.

That is the whole idea, really. Do the difficult, boring costing work up front and in public, so the decision can happen in the meeting where it is being discussed.

Common questions

Why do most corporate event companies not publish prices?
Because a discovery call establishes your budget first, and the proposal then arrives priced at approximately that budget. It costs the seller forty minutes and costs the buyer forty minutes plus a three-day wait, at the end of which the option you liked may never have been in range.
What should a corporate event proposal actually contain?
A per-person price with the group-size band it applies to, VAT stated separately, an hour-by-hour timeline, an itemised list of what is included and what is not, the named venue, the weather plan with its trigger, the payment terms and the group size lock date. A proposal without an exclusions list is a starting position, not a quote.
What is a minimum chargeable persons?
The number of people a supplier bills for regardless of attendance, because below it the event does not cover its delivered cost — the coach, the venue, the crew and the catering minimum do not shrink. Every package page in our catalog states its own. Ask any supplier for theirs in writing before booking.

Planning something like this?

Branded proposal within 60 minutes of your meeting. Tell us the group size and the month, and we will come back with options that are already priced.
