Signal & Noise
Four escape rooms, a private venue, and a facilitated debrief that turns "we ran out of time" into something the team can actually use on Monday.

A facilitated full day for a leadership team that has stopped agreeing with itself. Named practitioner, structured pre-work, and a written outputs pack in the client's hands within five working days.
Why this is not the retail version
There is no retail version of this, and that is exactly the problem the market has. The alternatives are a training firm at AED 25,000–40,000 for a day, which arrives with a fixed curriculum and leaves with a feedback form, or the client's own HR lead facilitating a room they are a political participant in — which is not facilitation, it is chairing.
The three things being bought here are independence, pre-work and a written output. The facilitator has spoken to six people confidentially before the day starts, so session one opens with what the room already knows and will not say. And the pack that lands five days later has named owners and named dates on it, which is the only artefact that survives contact with the following Monday.
We do not sell a training curriculum and we should never be compared to one. This is a decision day for a team that already knows its problem.

Who you are actually booking with
Four escape rooms, a private venue, and a facilitated debrief that turns "we ran out of time" into something the team can actually use on Monday.
One day for everyone who joined this quarter. What the company actually does, who to ask, and thirty people who now know each other's names.
A full-day decision simulation with a live control room feeding the team real pressure — incomplete information, a moving clock and consequences that compound. The premium end of facilitated work.
