Why this is not the retail version

A seat on a "four emirates" coach tour sells publicly at AED 250–350. It is 45 strangers, eleven nationalities, a guide working in three languages, and 20 minutes at each stop because the itinerary is built around a shopping commission.

This is your team on your own bus. The guide has read your company profile and knows whether he is talking to engineers or to a sales floor. Lunch is a reserved section with your dietary list already in the kitchen's hands — not a queue at a tourist buffet. Sunset at Umm Al Quwain is a stop no retail circuit makes, because there is nothing there to sell you.
