Why this is not the retail version

Booking a farmhouse yourself costs AED 1,200–3,500 a night. You get keys to an empty property, and one person on your team spends the whole trip being the unpaid event manager instead of participating.

Here the property is exclusive, the programme is designed and facilitated, all three meals are catered, and two coordinators stay on site overnight so nobody from your company has to be on duty.

The overnight format is the actual product. Day-long offsites produce polite conversation. The bonfire at 21:00 on day one is where the team actually talks — and that is what leadership is buying.
