Why this is not the retail version

Farmhouses in the Northern Emirates rent publicly for AED 1,200–3,500 a night on Instagram and booking sites. What you get for that is a key and an empty property. No programme, no catering, no transport, no facilitator, no photography, and no one to call when the generator fails.

This is the property taken over exclusively, plus a designed programme run by a professional facilitator, plus catering, transport, branding, media and two coordinators who handle everything from dietary requirements to the drive home.

AED 700 per person for 15–29 people; AED 580 per person for 30–59 people; AED 520 per person for 60+ people. All figures exclude 5% VAT. Smaller groups are welcome and are billed at the band's minimum chargeable persons (26 for the 15–29 band, 33 for the 30–59 band).
