Why this is not the retail version

There is no retail version and there is no cheap version. The comparison is a crisis-management consultancy at AED 80,000–150,000 for the same day, or a tabletop exercise run internally — which fails for the same reason internal facilitation fails: the people writing the injections are the people being tested.

What makes this expensive is what makes it work. The scenario is written against the client's sector over four weeks, so the regulator is their regulator and the supplier failure is one they have genuinely lain awake about. A three-person control room runs it live, which means the second escalation is a consequence of a decision the team actually made at 09:40 — not a scripted beat that would have landed anyway.

And it is filmed. Two people face live questioning on camera at 13:00 and watch themselves back at 17:00. Nothing else in this catalog produces that.

Sell it to a leadership team that has never been tested together, or one that has just been through something real and does not want to be surprised the same way twice. It is not a team-building day. Do not let it be bought as one.

  6. 11:00 First escalation. The situation worsens because of a decision the team made at 09:40, not at random
  7. 12:00 Working lunch — the clock does not stop
  8. 13:00 Press conference. Two nominated participants face live questioning on camera
  9. 14:30 Second escalation. Resource constraint forces a choice the team has been avoiding
  10. 16:00 T+8. Simulation closes
  11. 16:15 Hot debrief — what happened, in the room's own words, before anyone rationalises it

AED 1,450 per person for 15–24 people; AED 1,250 per person for 25–39 people; AED 1,120 per person for 40+ people. All figures exclude 5% VAT. Smaller groups are welcome and are billed at the band's minimum chargeable persons (19 for the 15–24 band).
