Teams compete in a professional kitchen under a working chef, then sit down and eat what they made. Fully indoor, works in August.
Why this is not the retail version
A public cooking class sells at AED 250–400 — an instructor demonstrating, participants following along, everyone leaving with the same dish.
This is a competitive format built for teams: a mystery box, real constraints, a working chef judging, and a scoreboard. The cooking is the vehicle; the point is watching who plans, who delegates and who takes over — which is the same thing an outdoor challenge course does, without the 45 °C.
Pairs with G-01 as the summer line. Where G-01 is competitive and structured, this one is social and levelling — junior staff frequently beat management, which is precisely why HR books it.

Minus four degrees in August. Ski Dubai at group rate, with the slope session, the penguins and a reserved lunch — the strangest half-day in the catalog and the easiest summer sell.
An esports venue bought out for the afternoon. A seeded tournament across four titles, live casting, and a trophy — for the half of the workforce that will never sign up for a sports day.
