Why this is not the retail version

Venue-based team-building sessions are quoted around AED 60–150 per person per hour, which covers a facilitator and a room. Nothing else.

This is the room and the facilitator plus a designed competitive programme, catering, branding throughout, professional photography, awards, and a coordinator who runs the day so the HR manager can actually participate instead of managing logistics.

The strategic point: from May to September, every outdoor package in this catalog is unsellable. Competitors go quiet for five months. This package, D-01 and the ceremony line are what keep revenue alive across the summer — and clients remember who was still able to help them in July.

How much does Cool Down cost per person?
AED 420 per person for 15–29 people; AED 300 per person for 30–59 people; AED 260 per person for 60+ people. All figures exclude 5% VAT. Smaller groups are welcome and are billed at the band's minimum chargeable persons (24 for the 15–29 band, 37 for the 30–59 band).
How long does Cool Down take, and when does it start?
