Why this is not the retail version
A walk-in hour at a Dubai esports lounge is AED 60–90. Sixty people could book one for AED 5,000 and play whatever they liked.
They would also be in a public venue on somebody else's schedule, playing four separate things with no shared result, and the twenty people who do not game would stand at the back for two hours. That last group is the entire design problem.
The rotation is what solves it. Four stations, teams score at every one, and the titles are chosen so that being good at games helps at two of them and not at the other two. A VR co-op puzzle and a racing sim reward completely different people, which is what keeps a mixed room in the tournament at 16:30 rather than watching it.
Live casting the final to the room is the other half. Two teams play, everybody else watches on a screen with a host commentating, and for ten minutes the whole company is in one room caring about the same thing. That is what a buyout and a host buy that a walk-in booking cannot.
Where it fits in the catalog: this is the summer package for a younger or technical workforce. G-03 Snow Day is the novelty, H-01 is the easy one, D-05 is the one for a senior team. This is the one that reaches the people who quietly opt out of F-01 Corporate Games — and every company has a lot of them.
