Why this is not the retail version
A holiday-package equivalent to Muscat retails at AED 1,750–2,200 a person and it is a genuine price for a genuine product — flights, a hotel, an airport transfer and a half-day city tour on a shared basis. It is also entirely unsuitable for a company of twenty-five.
The difference is that a corporate group is not a set of individual travellers who happen to share a plane. Every meal here is together, every transfer is a private coach and not a shared shuttle, the excursion day is the group's own, and there is a named person from us on the aircraft, at the hotel desk, and in the room when something goes wrong at 23:00.
What the client is really buying is that nobody in their HR team spends the trip working. On a self-assembled version, somebody counts people at the gate, chases a missing room, finds the vegetarian meal and handles the person who left a passport in the seat pocket. That person is us.
This is the entry rung of international. It is the cheapest way to take a team out of the country overnight, and it is the package that makes L-03 sellable next year.
