Why this is not the retail version

A retail Georgia package from Dubai is AED 1,750 for four nights at the sharp end and AED 3,600–4,000 for a good one. Those are real prices and they buy flights, a hotel, breakfast and a shared city tour.

They do not buy a private coach for thirty-five people for five days, every meal together, a winemaker who stops the tasting to explain qvevri fermentation to a room that asked, a gala the client's own logo is on, or a facilitated morning that lets the CFO book this as an offsite rather than a holiday.

That last point is the commercial heart of this package. A five-day incentive trip with no working content is a very hard budget line to defend. With a facilitated half-day and a written output, it becomes a leadership offsite that happens to be in Georgia — and it clears sign-off. Never drop the working morning to save cost; it is what makes the other four days purchasable.

And the reason it is Georgia rather than Europe: four hours' flying, no visa for most UAE residents, and a per-person cost a quarter of an alpine equivalent — for scenery that photographs just as well.

How much does Tbilisi Incentive cost per person?
AED 6,600 per person for 20–29 people; AED 6,200 per person for 30–49 people; AED 5,800 per person for 50+ people. All figures exclude 5% VAT. Smaller groups are welcome and are billed at the band's minimum chargeable persons (22 for the 20–29 band).
