A twelve-month arc for one leadership team. Align in month one, get tested under pressure in month seven, and be coached individually in between.
Why this is not the retail version
Bought separately, the two major days alone are K-01 at AED 890 and K-03 at AED 1,450 for a team of fifteen — AED 2,340 a person. Add two follow-ups at AED 6,500 each and coaching for four people at AED 4,200 each, and the à la carte total for fifteen people is around AED 5,200 a person. This is AED 5,800. It is a premium, and it buys three things.
The commitment record. Every commitment made in month one is tracked through months four, seven, ten and twelve — with its owner, its date, and what actually happened. That single artefact is what separates a leadership programme from four good days. The standard failure of every offsite is that the wall photograph is the last anyone sees of it; here it is the input to the next session, and the room knows that in advance, which changes what people commit to in the first place.
The sequence, which cannot be bought piecemeal. Align in month one, then get tested in month seven on the operating agreements you wrote. The Crisis Room scenario is built to stress the specific decisions this team said it would make differently — that is only possible because the same practitioner ran the Alignment Day and read the interviews. Two separate bookings, even from us, do not produce it.
And the same facilitator for twelve months. A practitioner who has interviewed everyone confidentially, watched them commit, watched what happened, and then watched them under simulated pressure knows things about that team that no single engagement surfaces.
Sell it to one leadership team, once, against a planning cycle. Not to a department, not to high-potentials, and never to more than thirty people.

Who you are actually booking with
Four events, one contract, twelve months. Dates held in peak season, prices locked, and one person who knows the company rather than four separate briefings.
Two full screening days, two half-day resets, and a monthly session in between. Twelve months of measured wellbeing rather than a yoga class in May.
