Why this is not the retail version
A Hatta day trip retails around AED 200–280 a person for a coach, an entry ticket and a lunch stop — and the group arrives at 11:00 with everyone else, queues for a kayak, and leaves having done two things.
The whole design here is the 07:00 departure and the rotation. Arriving at 08:30 means the dam is empty and the water is still, which is the only time it looks like the photographs. Splitting the group and rotating means nobody queues, and by 12:30 everyone has done both halves rather than half the group having done one thing twice.
It is also the answer to a specific objection. E-01 Peak Performance at AED 790 is the catalog's adventure flagship and it is two hours each way to Jebel Jais, in another emirate, on a fixed-price zipline ticket that cannot be discounted. This is 90 minutes away, still inside Dubai, at AED 490 — and for a team that wants an active day rather than a bucket-list one, it is the better sale.
The mountains are the surprise. Most staff who have lived in Dubai for years have never been to Hatta and do not know it is there. That reaction is worth more to the HR lead than any single activity in the day.
