Why this is not the retail version

A zipline ticket is AED 350, and that is exactly what it is: a ticket. Your team drives themselves 90 minutes each way, queues individually, and there is no lunch, no photography and no one managing the day.

Here the transport, slot booking, weigh-in, catering and media are all handled, the group flies as a company rather than as strangers in a queue, and the coordinators manage the two-hour stagger so nobody is standing around.

Be honest with clients about who this suits. The weight limits and physical requirements exclude some staff. Sell it to sales teams, young departments and high-performer rewards — not to a whole-company offsite where a third of people cannot participate.

Weather & backup plan

The zipline closes for high wind, rain or poor visibility — and Jebel Jais weather is genuinely unpredictable. Closures are common and decided by the operator on the morning, not by us. Assessed 48 hrs, 12 hrs and again on arrival.
Fallback
Mountain day without the zipline — summit walk, viewing deck lunch, Jais Sky Tour — with an AED 300/person credit refunded to the client. Where the client prefers, reschedule within 6 months at no charge.

Immediately on operator decision. The client must be briefed at proposal stage that closure is a real possibility — never let this be a surprise on the day.

How much does Peak Performance cost per person?
AED 880 per person for 15–29 people; AED 790 per person for 30–40 people. All figures exclude 5% VAT. Smaller groups are welcome and are billed at the band's minimum chargeable persons (23 for the 15–29 band, 33 for the 30–40 band).
How long does Peak Performance take, and when does it start?
